The organization boasts over 800 Facebook likes. The organization has experienced accelerated growth over the past few years. We achieved 800 overall girl participants in 2020 after achieving 500 overall in the year prior. Last year, we achieved 2,500 overall girl participants at the end of our spring/summer period.

The President has coached softball and baseball organizations for decades going back to my, his son's, youth years. My father, the President, coached our teams to three consecutive Little League district championships. Furthermore, my father knows the operations associated with bringing in teams to our events which allows for our organization to grow. I, the son of the President, have over four years of corporate finance and senior finance experience. I earned my MBA in 2021 and utilize financial analysis, financial planning, valuation, budgeting, forecasting, and grant writing to help our organization grow. I'm extremely receptive and take the ROI of grants from those that fund our organization personally.
