Southern Minnesota Infusion & Injection Bar L.L.C. | Application Preview
Southern Minnesota Infusion & Injection Bar L.L.C. is seeking government grant funding to support its operations and growth. The funds will primarily be used to pay off startup costs and purchase additional supplies, enabling the business to continue its mission of improving the health and well-being of clients.
The owner envisions expanding the business to serve neighboring communities and plans to hire more registered nurses to enhance service capacity. As a 29-year-old military veteran and registered nurse, she is passionate about delivering personalized care beyond what traditional hospital settings can provide. Her commitment to clients and their health is a driving force behind her motivation to secure this funding.
Currently, the business faces limited competition, with only one nearby competitor offering a different range of services. The owner's competitive advantage lies in having a physical location in addition to offering mobile services, allowing her to cater to a broader clientele and providing more flexible options for clients. This combination positions her business uniquely in the market, enhancing its appeal and potential for growth.

Funding Usage
I will use this funding to pay off the amount it took to start up my business and continue to buy more supplies. I care so much about the health of others and helping them feel their best, so I wold love continue to keep doing that. If I get this grant, I can get more money for more supplies to continue helping others, but I am slowly trying to make more money to buy more supplies that I have used already.

Business Plan
I plan to grow my business to be able to reach other communities and help them to be their healthiest and feel their best. I would like to expand in to the cities surrounding me and even hire more registered nurses to be able to help as many people as possible. I am a 29 year old, women, military veteran, and registered nurse who wants to do more than what a hospital setting can offer. I want whats best for each client and want everyone to experience the benefits of my services. I have a love for people and I am a compassionate nurse. I love what I do and would love to keep doing it!

Self Identified Competition
I have one competitor within 40 miles of me, but she just offers a different menu of the services. my competitor only does mobile visits to her clients homes or location of choice. I have a brick and morter business, while she does not. I also offer mobile services, so I am the best of both worlds.
