Within a year intend to have this RV park well on its way with live ins. Also will be a festival grounds where I will be leasing PA equipment, on a permanent basis to MDM properties. Treutlen county is currently facing a housing shortage. Funding will provide a faster path to be able to provide RV slot options full time folks inRVs. The grounds will also be a source of entertainment for local communities which the area is sorely lacking.

Self Identified Competition
Not sure anyone really has the umbrella I do. Seperately, Redrocket sound ATL would be one. I can provide all they can at a better price and with Owner onsite working. On the other side, building the RV park, any civil construction CO would be comparable. I have 35 yrs experience in the construction industry and as I will also be facilities mngr here for the long term, I'll put in the due time and effort for a better long term product. As I said above, there's really not anyone else providing the umbrella of services I am. It's hard to find a comparison, and THATs while I'll stand out for success.
