Funding Usage
We are seeking a grant of $75,000 to support the development and implementation of our new fitness and mindset support programs. These funds will be used to help develop our coaches further with providing classes/certifications for being mindset, nutrition, and fitness coaches. We will also use this funding for marketing our new services to the community.

5-Year Plan: Year 1: Hire a team of certified trainers, nutrition specialists, and mindset coaches. Develop personalized fitness, nutrition, and mindset support plans Launch a marketing campaign to promote our new services Develop a mobile app for fitness, nutrition, and mindset support Year 2: Expand our gym to accommodate our growing clientele Launch an online platform for virtual fitness, nutrition, and mindset support Host community events to promote health and wellness Year 3: Develop partnerships with healthcare providers to offer our services to their patients Expand our team of certified trainers, nutrition specialists, and mindset coaches. Introduce new group fitness classes Year 4: Launch a corporate wellness program to provide support for local businesses Host seminars and workshops on various health topics Year 5: Develop a research study to evaluate the effectiveness of our program Host a health and wellness conference to bring together experts in the field Our gym will provide a variety of support and guidance services to our clients, including: Nutritional support: Our gym will offer personalized nutritional plans designed to meet each client's individual needs and goals. Our certified coaches will work with clients to create a nutrition plan that fits their lifestyle and preferences. Mindset support: Our gym will offer mindset coaching and support to help clients overcome mental barriers that may be preventing them from achieving their fitness goals and life goals. Our mindset coaches will work with clients to identify their limiting beliefs and help them develop a positive mindset that supports their fitness goals. Fitness support: Our gym will continue to provide our existing fitness programs, which include Active Lifestyle group fitness classes, personal training, and gym access. (We are NOT a crossfit gym.) We are thrilled to present a new type of support to enhance the fitness, nutrition, and mindset journey of our clients. Our goal is to empower individuals to achieve their fitness and life goals by providing them with a safe space and comprehensive support and guidance. We believe that our gym's new approach to fitness, nutrition, and mindset support will be transformative for our clients. Our goal is to create a comprehensive wellness program that helps individuals achieve their fitness goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle for years to come.

Self Identified Competition
We are the first gym of this type to become available for the community in the Fargo/Moorhead Area. We are NOT a crossfit gym. We provide group fitness for all individuals at all levels. We provide mindset coaching that includes 1:1 sessions and workshops. We provide a safe space to the community for all individuals to provide a sense of belonging.
