Phantom Arcades 84-3148632 | Government Grant Application

Phantom Arcades | Application Preview

Phantom Arcades is seeking government grants to secure a dedicated shop space for building arcade machines in-house. The goal is to eliminate outsourcing, allowing for greater operational efficiency and better quality control. Currently, the business operates from home, limiting the volume of orders that can be accepted and forcing the owner to decline many requests due to inadequate facilities and equipment.

With funding, the owner plans to shift focus from production to marketing and business growth. Unlike competitors who outsource their manufacturing, Phantom Arcades prides itself on creating high-quality products in-house, which offers a unique selling point despite longer lead times. This commitment to quality and craftsmanship has helped attract customers who appreciate locally-made products. The company believes that securing proper funding will enable it to meet demand, enhance growth, and maintain its competitive edge in the arcade market.

  • Funding Usage

Want to get a shop with space to buy and operate all the equipment needed to build all my arcades and not have to outsource anything.

  • Business Plan

Once I have my own shop and equipment I would be able to focus on marketing and growing the business. Now most of my time is spent cutting and building arcades not growing the business. The business is run from my home and I am only able to take on a small amount of orders at any given time. With that I have had to turn down a lot of orders that I was unable to meet the demands of since I don’t have a full time shop with the proper tools and equipment to meet the high demands I am receiving.

  • Self Identified Competition

Most of my competitors do not build their machines in house and will outsource everything. Not sure if it’s lack of knowledge or skill to build the arcades themselves but because of this they have a much higher price point to sell their arcades. Which in return helps drive people to my company. I do everything in house and have a much better quality product but with a longer lead time. The main difference between is the fact I make all my arcades in house. I know everything about my product and the results speak for themselves.
