    This grant will be used to ensure marketing continues to go out and help grow our marketing campaigns for the next 6 months as well as pay employees. I am not open to loans due to my religion restricting me on interest, it is unfortunately very limiting and I am looking to expand my business, but restrictions make it difficult.

    I plan on focusing our marketing strategy to 2-3 solidified methods that will bring in more qualified leads. I plan on growing the team to bring in trained salespeople and project managers to ensure systems and processes run smoothly. Eventually, as clientele grows, I will need to grow my CRM and upgrade the cost per lead. Our job is to connect buyers and sellers, and if we can't we are committed to buying the buyer of the real estate and improving neighborhoods making Ohio and Columbus a much more family-friendly, gentrified community.

    Bigger companies that are not from Ohio, have never been to Ohio, and probably never invest in our cities and put bad relationships with sellers and buyers making us all look like sleazy salesmen. I am committed to helping my sellers and buyers walk away with their problems solved and I can prove it. For example, I had one seller who had issues with another property management company, an issue collecting rent from tenants, and trouble inheriting back rent from Section 8 Low-income housing. We were committed to our clients and got his tenant a new property, getting rid of the management company as well as filed a lawsuit and got him paid $14,000 in back rent from Section 8.
