The prime market is the realtor/broker market. I also intend to get certified to provide continuing education to realtors, which will provide a significant benefit to the realtor to listen and learn what services I have to offer. As a veteran, I know what hard work, dedication, and purpose driven results look like. I have managed millions of dollars in equipment and many sailors as a Chief in the Navy. The question is not if I will succeed, it is how quickly will I grow. I have a mission, and the mission will not fail. I also am self aware. I know there are things I don't know. I have already established a business coach and mentor, with a proven track record of success.

Self Identified Competition
Engineering Company A is a widely known name in the industry in the local area. They are cheap in their price and perform a lot of inspections. They also provide an inferior product. I was trained by this company. I hear over and over from realtors that the reports are lacking in description, pictures, and method of delivery is outdated. Engineering Company B is a strong company that is known for a good product. They do not have near as much recognition as Company A, but still have a good client base. They are priced very high for the product they deliver. At the moment, the rest of the market are all my third strongest competitors. Company A holds a very strong presence over the market. I was trained by company A for 9 years. I understand their processes. I charge slightly higher for my report, but provide a much better report that is also more user friendly for the client. I provide a better inspection experience for the client as well. I take the time to ensure the client is comfortable with where the structural concerns are. I am looking to set a new, higher standard for the industry for how structural engineers operate with the new software technology available.
