Rocket McNasty llc 86-2986580 | Government Grant Application

Rocket McNasty llc | Application Preview

Rocket McNasty LLC is submitting a grant application to secure funding aimed at expanding its operations in the concrete industry. The funds will be used to hire more local CDL drivers and increase the size of the truck fleet. The business plans to acquire additional trucks and extend its services beyond the local market.

The applicant emphasizes that there is a consistent demand for trucks within the concrete sector, particularly due to ongoing projects by large corporations. The ability to operate beyond Nebraska allows for potential growth across the continental United States.

In terms of competition, the applicant notes a lack of direct competitors but acknowledges a seniority-based work schedule within their brokerage. However, if the company were to expand to another state, the applicant would hold the highest seniority as a driver.

The competitive advantage lies in the applicant's resilience and adaptability. They are committed to learning from past failures and are open to feedback, ensuring that the business can pivot and find better solutions as opportunities arise.

  • Funding Usage

I plan on using the funds to continue growth of my company to employ more local cdl drivers as well as growing my fleet.

  • Business Plan

I plan on purchasing more trucks. I also plan on expanding beyond the local business area. As a small business owner in the concrete industry there is always a need for more trucks. Large companies (google, facebook, mutual of omaha) have new and ongoing projects that require large amounts of concrete for years to come. I am also not limited to nebraska. I am able to take trucks anywhere in the continental United States as well.

  • Self Identified Competition

I have no competition as far as businesses. My brokerage does have a seniority based work schedule however if we're to travel to another state I would be the highest senior driver. I am motivated by my failures. I'm not afraid to seek opinions or alter my plans should better options arise.
