Business Plan
I would love to expand my business in the inventory department. Right now I am only carrying 2 designers because the way cost is right now. I would like to bring in a few more if possible. I would also like to get heavily back into advertising. Getting the word out is so hard to do these days with social media so I would like to be able to do more open houses, bridal shows, commercials etc. I also want to be able to add one more employee to be able to double up appointments on the weekends. We have a great name for ourselves but with the rise in bridal stores we need to let people know we are still here and ready to serve our beautiful brides. I was born to do what I do. Did I know it from a young age? no. But, when it fell into my lap 8 years ago I just new. I got married back in 2017 and have a personal experience of how a bride should feel about their wedding gown. They have to LOVE IT. I am also a new momma and business owner. I know hard work. I know how to multi task and switch gears to be the best mom for my daughter and best owner for my employees. They are all my family. Before buying dress me in 2020 (pandemic year and finding out I was pregnant) I was the manager for 5 years. I have put my heart and soul into this business and I want to keep that going. To show my daughter she can be a small business owner and succeed in life as well. Maybe even let her take over the business in the future.

We aren't a chain store or in a shopping center. It's what I love about Dress Me. We have also won many awards over the years and have a huge number of 5 star reviews from google, Facebook, and even yelp. They love us and we love them back. They aren't just a bride they are family. We even get invited to some of their weddings!
