In the next 5 years, I plan to bring on 2-4 highly trained by myself employees. I plan to offer vehicles and gas cards to my employees as well. I will continue to oversee all jobs and possibly bring on a scheduling coordinator as well. I am driven in anything I set my mind to and owning and running my own business has always been a dream of mine. I am a very dedicated person and have lots of energy to put into this business. I know I can make a name for myself in this city and possible franchise to other cities in Florida. My leadership skills are strong, so I know I can lead a team, and learn anything and everything possible in this industry to be successful.
