Tub Busters | Application Preview
Tub Busters is applying for government grants to alleviate financial burdens caused by the COVID pandemic. The funds will be used primarily to pay off credit card debt incurred for necessary equipment, supplies, rent, and insurance required to operate in Georgia.
The business plan highlights a commitment to hire two fellow veterans who will assist with labor. One of the veterans has strong skills in technology and advertising, which will aid in promoting Tub Busters online and through a mobile app.
The application emphasizes the applicant's dedication as an Army Veteran, asserting a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering results not only for himself but also for his veteran colleagues.
In terms of competition, Tub Busters identifies Total Property Services and Creative Painting as primary competitors. The competitive edge lies in the commitment to professionalism and fair wages for veteran workers. The applicant recognizes existing issues within competitors' practices, such as a problematic owner and low employee satisfaction, positioning Tub Busters as a more reliable and ethical alternative in the market.

Business Plan
I have 2 fellow veterans needing work, they both work with labor. Also one of them is very technology crafty and knows a lot more about advertising then I do. With this grant I will be able to provide my services through the internet and also an mobile app. As a Army Veteran I have always worked hard, and when I focus on something I get it done. I will not let you down, I will not let my veterans down also.

Self Identified Competition
Total property services Creative painting That's the only 2 I know. All others are independent painters, which I would like them to join me. Professionalism, what I do know about the other 2 competitors is that TPS has a owner who continues getting in trouble with sexual harassment, and the other Creative has underpaid workers who don't like their job. My business set-up will pay my veteran workers well, and we're only focusing on work.
