ShareRock Management Group, LLC | Application Preview
ShareRock Management Group, LLC is seeking a $25,000 government grant to enhance its financial coaching business. The funds will be allocated for digital marketing efforts to attract more clients, hiring additional support during tax season, and launching a financial literacy bootcamp for minority children. The bootcamp will also offer scholarships for families who are unable to afford the fees, along with addressing operational expenses.
The business aims to achieve six-figure revenues by 2028, driven by a passion for financial coaching. Plans include increasing online visibility, attending small business forums, pursuing advanced leadership training, and developing a self-sustaining business model.
The applicant's mission is to boost financial literacy among minorities, which could facilitate small business startups and broaden access to financial resources, contributing to economic growth and narrowing income gaps.
Competition comes from established entities like TurboTax for tax services and platforms like TikTok for financial coaching. However, ShareRock's competitive advantage lies in its dedication to client success rather than profit. The founder believes that despite facing challenges, the commitment to helping clients achieve financial independence will ultimately bring rewards.

Funding Usage
I would use the $25,000 to perform digital marketing so that I can source for more clients for my financial coaching business, hire an employee to help me during tax season, and start my financial literacy bootcamp for minority children, providing some applicants with scholarships if their families are unable to afford the cost. As paying for any back expenses resulting from operating my day-to-day business.

Business Plan
I would love to be six figures in my coaching business by 2028. Financial coaching is my passion. I plan to do this by increasing my digital presence, participating in more small business forms, taking advance leadership training, and creating a business model that manages itself. My goal in life is to increase financial literacy amongst minorities. Investing in my business will promote more small business startups, increase interest in entrepreneurship, and allow minorities to be afforded access to the same financial resources as everyone else. This will stimulate the economy and shorten the income disparity amongst various individuals.

Self Identified Competition
TurboTax is always going to be a competitor for my tax business, as more individual are moving to self-preparing their tax returns. For my coaching business my biggest competitors are TikTok, which provides so much information most people don't want or need to consult a professional in person anymore, and the internet. With so many blogs, and articles and books on the market, many people are choosing to attack financial independence on their own. I am not in business to make money. For YEARS I have barely turned a profit. My primary goal is to help my clients attain financial independence. I believe that following my passion may lead to many years of struggling, but one day, the universe will reward me, and I MIGHT just become rich from following my passion.
