Years 1-5 The corporation will use a mix of channels to reach job seekers and employers. Job seekers: Social media Company ads Sign-up incentives Auto messages Keep current job seekers engaged. Frequent check ins. Employers: Social media Business visit Auto messages Introductory phone calls Target mom-and-pop shops, and corporations with chronic unemployment Sign them up. Year 3-5 The plan is to reachout to more industries. We would like to have an HR department that will customize training according to an employer’s needs. Aflashout brings a unique value to the job market. It reduces the HR burdens on small businesses with less than 10 employees, financially stabilizes families, provides opportunity to explore a career path, and reduces the angst in finding a job or finding the right candidate for a job. It will change how employment is done.

They have name recognition and are local. Their job listings are current. They have a lot of employers. They have an employee portal on a very well done website. Aflashout is a low-cost app embedded with messaging and payment capabilities that allows employers to send employment requests to job seekers at any given time. This service allows employers to hire screened and trained job seekers for the day or the week as per their needs. The employer creates the job, sets the salary, prepays for the job, and then posts the job. Job seekers accept the job, work, and are paid. The service screens both users. The job seeker goes through customer-service and other training prior to being added into the pool. Aflashout is different because of the swift onboarding that includes screening and training. It is different because it is an immediate solution for both users. If someone does not show up for work, you can easily cover their shift. Employers won’t lose revenue from being understaffed. If you are a customer-service-intensive employer, call for someone that is customer-service trained. Also, it is a perfect part-time job; work 1 day or 3 days as per your family’s needs.
