Axiom search Co 928466 | Government Grant Application

Axiom search Co | Application Preview

Axiom Search Co. is applying for government grants to maintain their job boards, which are essential for connecting candidates with clients' hiring needs. The funds will also support advertising efforts hampered by their current budget constraints.

Their business plan focuses on attracting and retaining clients, with plans to scale operations by hiring an additional recruiter and an accounting manager once funding is secured. The company emphasizes its veteran ownership and commitment to success, aiming to assist both local and out-of-state businesses while promoting New Hampshire.

The application highlights Axiom's unique position in the market. Unlike larger competitors that prioritize bigger clients, Axiom is dedicated to filling positions often overlooked by others. Their competitive advantage lies in their extensive experience—over 20 years in construction, engineering, and manufacturing—combined with a personalized approach to client relations. As a small, veteran-owned business, they strive to provide honest services at fair prices, setting themselves apart in a staffing industry dominated by larger firms.

  • Business Plan

By attracting and retaining clients to fill their hiring needs. Once we have reaced a point in funding we intend to bring on another recruiter and accounting manager. Because we are veteran owned and operated and we are committed to making sure that our business becomes a success. We want to be able to help not just local companies but also out of state companies and by doing so we will also be selling the great state of New Hampshire.

  • Self Identified Competition

Because of the nature of our business, we are working on positions that most of our competitors would not work due to the fact that they are much larger companies and would pay more attention to the larger business that pay more money. We are two veterans who are trying to make a success of a business that we are passionate about. We have over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, engineering and manufacturing industry. Our competitors are much larger than us and because of that they cannot give special attention to their clients the way that we do. We are honest and open about our business and fair in our pricing. Most of the staffing businesses are run by much larger companies. We are small and would like to make our mark in the staffing industry as a small but successful business.
