Business Plan
We seek to help restaurants in the uncertain times of COVID-19. We see a large gap in resources and ability of restaurants in the current times and we have the ability and the obligation to help restaurants generate revenue through new means. Online ordering gives restaurant customers the ability to schedule orders from their smartphone or computer increasing convenience for them. Currently, most restaurants rely on call-in orders which increases the chances of order fulfillment errors, during high volume times restaurants may have to put customers on hold or phone lines become busy causing loss of orders and limited order convenience. Website ordering increases the chances of successful order fulfillment, allows customers to order online without having to wait on hold, decreases paperwork for lower-wage employees, and has been shown to increase revenue compared to solely relying on call-in orders. When restaurants move to online ordering we believe that it will increase revenue in times of shutdown and time of normality. Our vision is simple; increase revenue for restaurants through a website point of sale and increase efficiency and fulfillment success in the act of taking carry out orders. Right now the economy is heading in a very bad direction because the current solutions are not sustainable. Right now we have the ability to fill the service gaps through automation and the services we offer have the potential to keep restaurants in business and thriving through this uncertain time. With your help, we can fill these gaps and provide a sustainable solution to restauranteers.

Self Identified Competition
Our competitors: 1. Doordash: is an online ordering platform for carryout orders. Restaurants and customers have been increasingly frustrated with the service that Doordash provides because they charge a commission on both the customer and seller sides. Restaurants have reported that, in some cases, Door Dash charges them 40% commission on orders placed through their platform. Door Dash started as a good service for the occasional carry out the order but in the case of COVID-19 shutdowns is costing restaurants and their customer too much money. 2. The same goes for Uber Eats. Uber eats charges commission on both sides of the market and is not a viable strategy for restaurant owners in the midst of a pandemic. Both of these competitors use delivery drivers that are not associated with the restaurant they are servicing, this too increases order fulfillment mistakes and decreases fulfillment quality. Both of these competitors are 3rd parties which takes control away from the restaurant owners. These competitors do not provide restaurants with a sustainable option to receive online orders We provide restaurants with a solution that they will own after development. We utilize the Shopify eCommerce platform to create and operate websites. Using Shopify gives us as developers the ability to quickly develop websites and gives the restaurant a multitude of options to manage the website, services, menu, and financials. Offering delivery within a defined radius is possible, creating jobs for low wage employees and increased control over fulfillment. Straight forward KPI and financial reports are built into the back end of each Shopify store, low payment processing cost, ease of use in design, and menu modification. Real-time view of online users and indicators of the customer sales process. Our websites give customers the ability to check out online from anywhere they have an internet connection as well as schedule their order, the graphical interface is far superior to a paper menu, and the check out process is straight forward and informative. Customers receive alerts regarding their order after checkout and can enroll in a membership and/or discount program by creating user accounts on the restaurant's website.
