Business Plan
Our biggest obstacle is the lack of people in the industry currently, and the lack of people interested in our industry in general. Our plan by starting this school is to help with those needs and help us grow in each division of the company by educating anyone who wants to learn about the industry. Our goal is to get in the high schools and market to the younger generation about what this industry has to offer, and what we can offer specifically. By obtaining funding specifically for this, it will give us the opportunity to hire multiple positions specific to teaching and marketing the different aspects of what we do and can offer through education. R&R has been in the Spokane area for over 35 years and has grown over those years exponentially. We have a new owner in the last 3 years who has grown with the business for the last 20. His passion for people, overall integrity and growth mindedness is exactly what has us excited about what's to come. Unfortunately, our biggest obstacle has been recruiting talent. Our growth potential is limitless with the new energy code and movement towards carbon neutrality. With our owner's willingness to think outside the box and limitless work ethic makes us a prime candidate for these types of opportunities.

Bill's Heating and Air Conditioning Hurliman Heating and Air Conditioning We are one of only a few companies left in the residential new construction marketplace. Many companies have switched their business model to the retrofit market and have left the new construction market behind due to the obstacles already mentioned. We are very diverse by having a new residential and commercial construction department along with a retrofit and service department. By having this type of diversity, it gives us the ability to move people around and give them different opportunities to expand their knowledge base and become more well-rounded employees, therefore giving them the ability to make more money.
