Updating or choose a different e-commerce platform that suits FreeThySole's business’s needs and set up more pop-up stores until we are able to open our own. Having less involvement by allow the younger employees to create a marketing plan by using social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and other techniques to promote our brand and attract customers. At the same time developing a better logistics strategy. I may need to employee a few former "Logistics Specialists" that have the capability to plan for our products storage, delivery, shipping and returns. "Conduct Trend Analysts" A Analyze our performance by developing a 'planned maintenance schedule" Regularly track your sales, customer behavior, and website traffic. Analyze your data to gain insights and adjustments to improve your strategy. Maybe expanding our product line. This store acts as Hawai'i's number one middleman, taking a commission on each sale while providing a platform for buyers and sellers to connect and conduct transactions safely and securely. John, the owner, is a mentor and very knowledgeable about sneakers, their history, and what makes certain models valuable and highly sought-after by sneaker collectors and enthusiasts. #2 - Harbors Vintage - Vintage retail is a type of retail business that specializes in selling vintage and/or secondhand items. This can include clothing, jewelry, accessories, furniture, books, and other vintage or antique items. Vintage retail has gained popularity in recent years, as many consumers are interested in unique, one-of-a-kind items with a history and character that new products may lack. #3 The Hawai'i Vault - "The new kid on the block". This store combines vintage, streetwear, custom merchandise and local collaborations. They was 2022 customers favorite but has recently closed one of its two stores. In addition to buying and selling sneakers, FreeThySole offers other services such as cleaning, restoration, and customization of sneakers. Our ties to the community barber shops, tattoo parlors and access to government facilities allows FreeThySole LLC to host events or collaborations with other brands to attract customers and build our reputation within the sneaker community. As with any retail business, the key to success in sneaker consignment is understanding our target market and creating a unique brand identity that resonates with your customers.
