This is a start-up. I am leaving my current firm because I believe they no longer give adequate individual attention to the veterans. A va claim can take up to 6 months to win and receive attorney fees. I will need to be able to pay salaries while I onboard veterans and file their claims.

  • Business Plan

Marketing and Growth Strategy: Our law firm employs a comprehensive marketing and growth strategy to expand our reach and attract clients. This includes targeted online advertising, strategic partnerships with veteran support organizations, participation in industry conferences and events, and maintaining an informative and user-friendly website. By leveraging these marketing channels, we aim to increase our client base and establish our firm as a trusted leader in veteran disability law. In 2022, I won $4,031,615 For my veterans. There are too many veterans not receiving the compensation they deserve. Our firm specializes in providing comprehensive legal representation and support to veterans seeking disability benefits from the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). With a deep understanding of the complex legal landscape surrounding veterans' claims, our experienced team is dedicated to helping veterans navigate the process and secure the benefits they deserve.

Chisholm, Chisholm & Kilpatrick; Providence, RI, www.cck-law.com, Jackson & MacNichol Law Offices; South Portand, Maine; www.veteransbenefits.com Hill and Ponton Disability Attorneys; Orlando, FL; www.va-law.hillandponton.com I have been practicing Veterans Disability Law for 8 years at two firms. I have become disenchanted with the assembly line style of those firms. They focus on signing as many veterans as they can, and the attorneys don't have the time to really stop and listen, thoroughly review their VA claims files, and review their medical records to make sure the veterans are getting everything that they are entitled to. We often get veterans who are frustrated with the VA system and feel that the VBA has let them down. They need someone to finally hear them, and who is willing to spend some time on the phone explaining the system to them.
