Funding Usage
This funding would help me cover payroll so that I could expand my business. Right now I can only afford the payroll to cover the contracts I have so I'm unable to take on more contracts to get to the next level. I would like to be able to hire more employees to take on more work.

Business Plan
My plan to grow my business is to first add employees to my crew of 4. Once I'm able to get help I will have the time yo take on more available contracts. My dream is to have as many employees as I can to provide more jobs to tge community. I have a great work ethic and a strong desire to give back to my community. I have formed strong bonds with my current contracts and look forward to expanding that. I strive to give people chances to gain employment and better themselves. I have a great foundation started, I just need help getting to that next level.

Self Identified Competition
I don't really look at other cleaning companies as competitors as there is more than enough work to go around. I would say the type 3 are Molly Maids, Intek, and Service First. The difference in my company is I am smaller so I form a closer bond with both cobtract holders and employees. I am 100% involved in the day to day operations as sole owner. I guarantee that we will be there when we say we will and in the 3 years of business we have never missed a day.
