i hope to hire 2 more employees and start a second crew to double the work being completed. being in business for 20 years now, I have seen the ups and downs in this business. it always comes back. people will always need their properties repaired/ modified. this particular cycle is out of the norm as I didn't have the markers that usually indicate a slow down so I haven't been able to prepare financially for this slowing economic situation
