Business Plan
Over the course of the first couple of years the business will have grown into local household name and grown exponentially. By year five a second, larger location will be established, complete with large outdoor space. This will essentially triple the amount of business we will be capable of conducting. I am an award-winning brewer both on the home brewing side and professionally through regional and National competitions. I hold two professional certificates in brewing science and operations as well as the business side of the industry through Saint Louis University as well as University of Vermont. I have been a professional brewer for the past seven years.

Self Identified Competition
In the city I reside, the top three competitors would be: Tallgrass Taphouse Manhattan Brewing Company Aggieville Brewing Company Two of the three “competitors” have a very conservative approach to their brewing, and a lack of imagination for innovation or creating something that has not been done before. The third, Aggieville Brewing, is not yet open for business, but I anticipate somewhat more of the same. My brewing combines more of an artistic approach to round out the science side of creating fermented beverages, leaning almost to a culinary type approach where different ingredients, fruits, herbs, spices and so on are used to bring out the very best of what the beverage can offer and make for the most desirable and pleasurable experience.
