This funding would allow the rental or purchase of a small warehouse to provide a store front and community planning area for murals, organization, office space, project planning and educational events. This would also allow the set up of clean up water separation tanks to initiate greener clean up practices. This money would also help to pay off and invest in current and another safe work vehicle. This money would allow hiring of more employees.

Business Plan
Over the next five years I plan to expand my team from myself, Georgia, to atleast 5-10 employees. I would like to be able to take on larger commercial housing projects in order to bring women onto the large scale, as well as using 0 and low VOC paints only. I would like to continue to bring in wallpaper as well as be able to begin creating custom wallpaper prints, and recycled wallpaper for my clients. I plan on being able to provide true specialty techniques through a team as well as expand into having another team for the commercial projects like housing and city business yellow striping which I have already done before. Additionally I would like to invest in another work vehicle for the extra lead I hope to hire with this money. I also plan to expand into prioritizing sustainability in the company through the before mentioned water separation, recycling paper and plastic on jobs as possible, using 0 and low VOC paints only and recycling all paint cans. I plan on also expanding into muralling through the city and inviting in the community schools in these projects also. These murals will orient around climate change and awareness, animal kindness and environmental care. Investing in a warehouse as a store front would be the first step in this direction so community can come to organize with the murals.I plan to organize land and water clean ups, and sustainable education which this warehouse space would be utilized for as well. Peach Tree Painting & Co. is more than a painting company. The "Co." can traditionally be read as company, and in my vision this company is the company, aka community, that Peach Tree Painting invests in on a larger scale. When I began painting houses 7 years ago at the age of 20 I started with a small, green business in Oregon owned by a couple with two kids. They're environmental values and practices resonated very much with me and they have taught me all I know today. My vision is to expand on the foundation of very basic sustainable practices and build a community of awareness, education and creative vision for Santa Fe. When I work with clients I make sure to talk about the difference material options they have available and guide them towards the less toxic choices. This is not just for my own health, but future employees and most importantly theirs and their animals or children. This painting company although it is small carries a lot of weight in potential as woman owned, visionary business with a focus on evironmental awareness, community focus and highquality product and procedures to back it.

A Handy Woman: Established in 2016, woman owned, small business, well trained providing to Santa Fe and surrounding communities. I would say this business is one of my top competitors because of the quality she has been rated to have, it is also a woman owned business and provides interior and exterior small repairs, painting and wood staining all of which Peach Tree Painting & Co. also provide a small woman owned business. Inside Out Painting: Established 2021. Kristin Moore began her painting business the same year that I did and provides primarily interior work. She has done some very large residential jobs and serves Santa Fe community also. Her knowledge of running a painting company and bidding is detail oriented and competitive. Guys Painting: Guys painting is a large multi team painting company serving Santa Fe and surrounding area's. They provide extremely clean, detailed interior and exterior work for many clients on an annual basis as well as new, large projects as well. They also provide decorative painting which is a competitor to my specialty offerings of murals, decorative and wallpaper hanging. The first thing that sets me apart from my competitors is my sustainable approach to wanting to focus the company systems around greener clean up practices. The other way that Peach Tree Painting & Co. stands out is the community outreach expansion plan that would give back to the community and offer opportunities to youth to nurture their own creativity, learn a trade and about sustainability while beautifying and caring for their local environments.
