Business Plan
Using funds from my primary job, and traditional loans from local banks, I will continue to pursue, purchase and rehab every home I can practically aquire. I have currently remodeled ten homes in the area and plan to double that amount in the next 5 years. I am currently on Active Duty serving as a Colonel in the United States Air Force. I have led many projects and many service members over the years. Additionally, I have been in charge of multi-million dollar budgets. I currently serve as a Joint Planner, where myself and team deploy in effort to develop global solutions to global scale problems such as China, Russia, Nautural Disaster relief.

Self Identified Competition
The only competitors in the region that i'm working in, town of Nutter Fort, WV are a couple friends who are doing their part to help clean up the community, but they are not as aggressive as I am when comes to cleaning up the entire town. I have a strong academic background with a bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, Masters in Aeronautics, and PhD in Business. With my strong military and civilian education, personal drive and committment, I assure you, you have never met anyone like me when comes to completing a mission.
