Business Plan
I hope to grow my business to include more employees and more locations. I also hope to have a cafe with a gift store inside after 5 years. I believe in my idea. I believe in my mission behind it. I want to provide a healthier less expensive alternative to the greasy fast food chains. I believe in quality nutrition that's affordable and available to everyone. I'm very hard working and I'm a safe bet. I know with some funding I not only can accomplish my dream of making a difference I can also help others accomplish theirs with their health journey.

Self Identified Competition
Our top three competitors in the area are 3 Natives, Tropical Smoothie and Rock Nutrition. 3 Natives is independently owned and operated and while the food there is good, it's not very affordable. Tropical Smoothie is a national chain. While having good smoothies and a few wraps, they're very limited on selection. Sometimes they change out a Smoothie or two on the menu but for the most part, it's the same, making it some what boring after a while. Rock Nutrition is like Herba Life. It has teas and shakes but they are more for meal replacements. They also use additives which can make the heart race and are not safe for those with hypertension or heart disease. Unique Sweets will have a full line of smoothies, teas, light foods, nutritious deserts and moon milks. We will make all of our menu items with natural, organic ingredients. We will also have fresh fruit and vegetables, different selection of milks, herbs and botanicals in every menu item. Also, our customers will get a comprehensive health card describing the health benefits of each item they purchase, if they choose to want one.
