Now that I have gotten my feet wet, I plan to grow the catalog; more space is essential to add more products to the catalog, make ship times 1-2 day turn around. Quick turnaround increases likelihood of repeat buyers. I plan to grow our supply in order to keep up with the demand. By having more materials on hand with proper wood storage facilities we can get more products out the door while maintaining excellent quality product. I also will be promoting a different aspect of our business which will be a higher end, customization focused furniture for people looking to customize furniture to fit their home. These products have a greater profit margin and customer satisfaction as well as this service is rare to find in today's online world. The reason I bought this company was to grow it and make it more successful than ever before. I value my time and money; both are extremely important. The type of furniture we make is a niche market. People seek us out and when they do that are ready to fill up their entire cabin or home with our products. Entire rental management companies will use our products over and over again to make sure they are staying on "theme" with their furniture. Our options are endless as people dive into rental properties, building lodges that need rustic furniture, or customize dining tables to fit 20 people around it. We can do it all and with these funds we will grow our efficiency, turn-around time, and ability to maintain our excellent quality and excellent customer service that we pride ourselves on.
