Business Plan
My plan is to get all set up and get what I need to register my business. I set up mainly on the Northern Cheyenne Reservation. I plan on expanding out to other areas making sure I have the proper paperwork for sales. I am in talks with many wholesalers and am hoping too one day open a small store in my area. I am just starting out and with my short time in sales really enjoy what I’m doing! Seeing kids happy with my product makes me feel good. I’d just like a chance to really get going and get all the equipment I need especially a transport trailer. I’d sure appreciate any help I can get, thank you.

Self Identified Competition
So far my top competitors are in a mini mall in my location. They sell almost the same merchandise I do but I’m looking too make it more affordable at less cost for my buyers. My business is all travel and set up on sites for the day. I’ll pop up a shade put up tables to display and sell my merchandise. In order too be more organized and get more product I’ll need transportation and storage of my merchandise which I currently do out of my pick up truck and van.
