  • Business Plan

I expanded my services, I constantly learn how to do new techniques and ask my clients what they would like me to offer in my salon and then I research that and do them. I believe that I am a fundamental member of my community. When I make money I feed the homeless, I donate to my local elementary school, charities such as the Girl Scouts, my local church and to community organizations such as the Portuguese halls. Me making money means my community makes money because I spend it where I make it and together we build each other up!

  • Self Identified Competition

My top three competitors are large salon with more then 20 employees, they beat me because their business focuses on turn over instead of quality. They use cheaper products that are sometimes illegal and harmful to the health of their clients and their workers but that’s to lower their overhead. I make a good honest living while preserving the health and safety of my coworkers and my community. I am inspire them to change. I provide excellent service, quality products combined with innovative techniques that put me in a niche market because of the artistry of me nails. I continue to improve them by championing the nails I want to see and teaching and engaging my clients in the health and safety practices as I perform my work.
