We would like to better position ourselves to generate more home purchase business and use that higher volume to establish relationships with local real estate offices. By building relationships now while there is a difficult market it helps increase market share in the future when the market normalizes. We have a strong foundation with very experienced staff. The average employee has over 10 years in the industry. We have multiple very profitable years, and we are repositioning ourselves to be able to build our referral network significantly for the future. We have a unique opportunity to buy into the Realtor.com Network to generate Buyer leads for us locally. I have a relationships with a local real estate firm that has over 150 agents and does over 400 millions in purchase volume. I have another three local offices with over 100 agents each that are looking to build a relationship with us. we need funding to generate more leads to feed these new potential referral partners and build long-term relationships with them.

Our local competitors are being acquired by larger corporations such as Guild Mortgage, CMG Mortgage, Movement Mortgage. We have very experienced and local staff. We are able to focus on growing relationships in the areas we live and work. There is a unique opportunity to take advantage in the market. if we can commit more funds to the realtor.com we will be receiving leads exclusively in several local markets.
