This amount is determined by the minimum one-time purchases needed to get my business off the ground. These funds will contribute to start-line timing hardware, one display clock, one inflatable finish arch with my company logo, an AED, a loud-speaker and finish-line timing hardware. This funding would allow me to use the contract revenue to hire trained personnel to staff my events.

Eventually, Road and Trail Events would produce fully-owned events in addition to client-based events. The goal is to grow the portfolio to support a staff of 3 full-time employees while building a robust running community in Maryland. I have been in the running, cycling and multisport industry for almost a decade, I have worked for numerous event professionals and had opportunities to learn from their successes and their failures. I am beyond passionate about putting on amazing experiences. Road and Trail Events is going to be successful because I am determined and driven to make it so.
