Business Plan
We just opened up a bigger location in February and are already out growing it. We are currently looking at getting a new space that is bigger that will fit the programs/students we can serve. This new building is 10 min from where we currently are and is 12,000 sq feet (we currently are in a space 3,075 sq ft). We are hoping to get into this new building summer of next year (2024) - and then in 5 years buy some land and build our own space. We have a very well thought out business plan that has shown it's success for 5 years- growing every month. We are very determined to succeed and believe we are truly impacting the families we get to serve and making a difference. We are currently located in a city of huge growth and big demand and already have a good name brand throughout the community.

Self Identified Competition
1. Lakeside Gymnastics- they just opened up a gymnastics space 5 min. from our current location. 2. Elevate Gymnastics- they are also close to where we are located and offer similar programs as we do. 3. DTA- they are a gym that offers similar classes, and though they are farther away we feel like they model the core values and teach technique in a more similar way as we do. We truly care about every student that walks through the door. We try hard to find our clients why so they are reaching their goals instead of only reaching goals we may have for them. We also value correct training and technique to keep our athletes and coaches safe and have a strong fundamental.
