My plan to grow my business in the next five years is to utilize my skillset and experience from the real estate, mortgage, and construction industries to partner with law offices, government agencies, title companies, realtors and construction professionals. Providing estate planning notary. notaries. Providing mentorship to new notaries. Having a system that meets my clients needs allowing me to exceed their expectation thus creating Raving Fans who will spread the word of the service they have received. You should invest in me because my ultimate goal is to provide world class customer service to my clients, by meeting their needs and then exceeding. As a notary I meet people to service their most dire/important documents at that time of their lives. My client is not just the person whose document I am notarizing it is also the lender, the escrow company, the courier service, we are a team working for a common goal...to close on a borrower/seller's home. I look after my client the way I would want to be looked after, my clients are my Raving Fans because I meet their needs, exceed their expectations and have a system to be consistent.
