Dailey Aesthetics, LLC Dailey Aesthetics, LLC | Government Grant Application

Dailey Aesthetics, LLC | Application Preview

Dailey Aesthetics, LLC is applying for government grants to support its startup costs, which include medications, utilities, medical waste management, electronic charting systems, and essential medical supplies. The business aims to become the leading provider of medical aesthetics and hormone replacement therapy in its region, focusing on improving patient well-being and health.

Currently, the operation is run by a single provider who plans to hire qualified staff as the business expands. An increase in advertising efforts, such as local magazine ads, event booths, and radio spots, is planned to enhance community engagement. Implementing electronic charting will streamline communication with patients and facilitate the onboarding of new employees. Services offered will include hormone optimization and medical weight loss, both aimed at boosting patients' energy and overall health while reducing risks of serious health issues.

The proposal highlights a significant gap in the market where many primary care providers do not address hormone imbalances or offer necessary aesthetic services, primarily due to limitations from health insurance practices. By establishing this practice, Dailey Aesthetics aims to serve an underserved population while promoting health optimization without the constraints of insurance.

In terms of competition, existing businesses like Hormone Treatment Centers, New Summit Wellness, and Low T Center present challenges. However, Dailey Aesthetics positions itself with a competitive edge by offering well-informed and compassionate care, contrasting the current poorly managed services provided by competitors. The applicant has prior experience managing a similar center and notes ethical concerns with competitor practices. The strategic location of Dailey Aesthetics will also be more accessible for urban patients compared to other providers.

  • Business Plan

To become the regions leading expert in medical aesthetics and hormone replacement for men and women and commitment to the well-being, longevity, and health of patients. Currently, it is just myself as the provider and as I grow I will hire competent staff from the region so I am able to treat more patients. I plan to increase my advertising in the local magazines, tents at local events, and radio advertising. By using electronic charting I will be able to have a better form of communication with my patients and gives me the opportunity to easily add new employees, this overall helps with better community engagement. With hormone optimization, patients will be able to have more energy, motivation, and mental clarity to do hobbies they have wanted to do, but couldn't do. With medical weight loss, patients will have a decrease in cardiovascular accidents, strokes, diabetes, and look and feel their best. Many primary care providers do not prescribe or deal with hormone imbalances, do not offer IV Hydration, do not perform aesthetic services, and have their hands tied by insurance. With another medical professional in business, who is competent in providing these services, it will help alleviate this need on the already underserved population and help promote optimization by staying out of the circus show know as health insurance.

  • Self Identified Competition

Hormone Treatment Centers (Overland Park,KS) New Summit Wellness (Lees Summit, MO) Low T Center (Independence, MO) Hormone Treatment Centers is owned by a business man who has no medical background, empathy, customer service, and his bottom line is money. I successfully ran Hormone Treatment Centers for over and year with 300+ patients and have recently left when the owner tried telling me that patients are ok to be on hormones if they recently had a heart attack or stroke, that females can be on as much testosterone as they want to, and anxiety isn't a thing "they just need more hormones." New Summit Wellness has a location that isn't beneficial to patients that live in the city by being located in Lee's Summit, MO. Low T Center is closing many of it's doors leaving patients scrambling for new providers due to COVID. There are few and far between business that offer hormone treatment, safely, and the ones that do have never successfully treated patients. Their expertise is having taken a course, online, to learn about it and that's it.
