Funding Usage
We are currently expanding and purchasing two new tanks - a fermenting tank and a brite (final conditioning) tank to expand our production by up to 40% in 2024 and then plans to further increase shortly after that. This will increase our output, the size of our staff, our distribution sales, and our sales onsite. This means more jobs in our town of South Kingstown and the state of Rhode Island, and more meals tax to our town. Our brewery is on a growing trajectory with continued increase in sales and market share each year. Yet, this expansion is a huge cost on us now and we won't see the return for quite some time. Any help is huge for us and we know it will be a great return for our town, our state, our industry nationwide.

Business Plan
We will grow our business by putting this money toward new equipment and staff to increase our production. Our sales demand is asking for more of our core brands and we need to increase those brands in production to bring those products to the consumers. Investors should invest in us because we are a continually growing small business that has proven sales history and growth. We have expanded every year we have been in existence with creative and efficient adjustments during COVID. We are now poised to make our biggest increase is production because our distributor demand is high. We need funding to increase our production and our staffing to bring that production to life and get our product to our consumers.

Self Identified Competition
Our top three competitors are Whalers, Grey Sail and Newport Craft. These are other breweries within Rhode Island. They have done a great job expanding their businesses in RI and gaining market share. These competitors make a large majority of their sales through distribution to restaurants and retail stores, but also maintain successful onsite brewery bars as well. We have taken market share from other breweries who previously held craft draft lines and shelf spaces while being less than 1/10 the size of Grey Sail and even at a smaller fraction compared to Whalers and Newport Craft. Our business is different than our competitors because we have remarkable efficiencies where we are gaining significant market share with a fraction of the production of our competition. We lack the financial backing that these competitors mentioned above maintain. Our success to this point with these limitations, speaks to the beer we are producing and the consumer appreciation for it.
