redearth relocation services | Application Preview
Redearth Relocation Services is applying for government grants to purchase a new vehicle. The funds will enhance operational capacity by allowing employees to drive for the business using their own vehicles. A marketing plan includes advertising on three radio stations simultaneously, broadcasting messages five times a day for 30 days at a total cost of $300.
The owner, a single mother, emphasizes the need for funding due to significant mileage and the financial success of her side business. She holds two part-time jobs and notes that there’s no competition in her area, as Uber does not operate there and the only other service, Call A Ride, is limited.
The business stands out because of the owner’s unique background and determination. Having spent four years in prison, she aims to create high-paying jobs for herself and other female felons in a region where such opportunities are scarce. The combination of her personal story, market potential in Ada, Oklahoma, and lack of competition presents a compelling case for funding approval.

Business Plan
I have employees lined up to step in and drive for me with their own vehicles. To grow operations, I intend to advertise on 3 radio stations at once. Messages with my content will be broadcast on all stations five times a day for 30 days, for the cost of $300. I am a single mom who clocks a lot of miles. I make a lot of money and this is my side hustle. I have two part time jobs, no competition, and I plan to explode my business to leave to my son.
-
Self Identified Competition
None. Uber does not serve my area. Ada, Oklahoma is a bustling city of 16,842 people with NO PUBLIC TRANSPORT to speak of. Call A Ride is the only competition to me currently. I am completely different from my competitors because of my felony past. I served four years in prison from 2011 to 2014. High paying jobs for female felons in the South do not exist, so I am making them.
