Business Plan
First step is to increase productivity and capacity and reduce expenses by buying in bulk. I will be venturing into wholesale to increase customer base and product visibility. Larger capacity and productivity time will allow increased Costom orders/larger events and ability to participate in monthly vendor events. I am committed to grow and thrive as a small, woman owned Cottage Bakery. As a member of the Marshfield Chamber of Commerce, I will continue to support Small business efforts in our community. With additional funding and capacity. I will be able to give back to the community in a greater effort.

Self Identified Competition
I compete with local and commercial bakeries that can maintain lower expenses and produce at a higher capacity. Some examples would be Victoria's Sweetcakes. Local bakeries such as Montillios and Crumbl Cookies. I am a one woman show! As a Cottage Bakery, I can only employ myself and members of my family who are not old enough to work yet. I truly connect with my Customers and try to personalize their orders specifically to their celebration. All of my products ate hand made and baked to order.
