Located directly outside the gates to the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard and being in the heart of Downtown Kittery, maine-which boasts numerous businesses for employment- brings in a large tenant base for our vision.

There is 1 small boarding house 3 miles away, only houses 8-10 people and does not have the amenities we can/will offer. There is a huge need for what we want to do. We are sole owners of the property ,and hands on. We own other businesses in Kittery and have a large network of resources to promote our vision.
