First and foremost, we will continuously educate ourselves about business trends, sales strategies, and our competition to stay up-to-date with the industry. We will collaborate with a local production company to develop eye catching marketing to reach our audience on current & future social media outlets. To maintain repeat business, we will improve our offerings by focusing heavily on customer service, consistent solicitation & marketing while utilizing client feedback to make adjustments where needed. Above and beyond most considerations, we will partner and support local businesses to procure necessary services rather than rely on large corporations. Other growth strategies will include attending family friendly activities and community events to introduce our company to as many future prospects as possible. Our goal is to expand to a second location within the next 5 years. In this world of mental illness, depression, and bullying, we want to provide a safe space for children to be recognized without judgment all while having fun. Our idea is not new but is essential to help children see the beauty within themselves even if it’s for just one day. We want to be monetarily successful but seeing glowing faces and raising self-esteem is the most rewarding part of our job. In our desired location there is no immediate competition which allows us to capitalize on market share. This business model is everlasting because there will always be fairy tail characters little girls and boys want to emulate. Great customer service coupled with a memorable experience will generate repeat business because we cater to ages 0-13. A family could potentially request our services on an annual basis. Our main goal is to relieve parents & guardians of the dreaded planning, setup, hosting, and breakdown of their child's milestone. We have the ideas, imagination and stylistic ability to make every child's dream come true.

Self Identified Competition
There are three competitors located in New Bedford, Billerica and Franklin are within one hour or 40 miles from our desired location. Each company has a physical location with outstanding signage, services and marketing tactics. One location is franchised, one family owned and lastly a sole proprietor. We set ourselves apart by providing reasonable pricing, many more options (i.e., live Zoom parties for distant family & friends) and superior customer service. Most importantly, we offer ethnic celebrations from all countries. With the knowledge of our staff and guidance of the family we are sure to accommodate to their specific needs. We focus on safety. We want parents who enter our facility to be assured their children are safe from injury, illness, and danger from the outside world. We have sanitation stations and care for our equipment according to all state regulations. A huge advantage for us is location, location, location. Our competitors are 40 miles away and service a totally different clientele. Our target market spans from the heart of Milton out approximately 25 miles to surrounding suburbs. We are in a central location and close to major routes. Lastly, we are minority women owned business.
