Funding Usage
This funding will be used to help advertising our Women owned small business. Via, Billboards, signage, Radio, newpaper and Internet Marketing. We would also use the funds to get our LOGO correct and signage made. If any left over we would use it complete our building space into actual offices.

Business Plan
I plan to grow our business by adding more realtors to our team, through adverting and through schooling. I am an Instructor for helping people get their Real Estate Licenses. We offer a different type of atmosphere in our office. Encouraging parents and grandparents to bring in their children to the office. I help mentor all of the agents and find happiness is watching each one grow in the business and themselves. Education is a large part of the business and I am always eager to learn more to help others. LOVE to help people succeed in business. I am a natural mentor. Helping others is a trait of mine for as long as I can remember. I have been a REALTOR for almost 10 years. And after I was asked to stop helping other agents in our office (Because they all wanted to be on my team) I decided to open my own Real Estate company. I opened the doors February 2023 and have since needed to change locations to fit the amount of agents that have joined KRC. We now have 7 REALTORS and 1 paid intern who will be getting her license in 2024. Our office is a bit different than any others you will find around. We have a full playroom for the kids of KRC. Whether it is for our teams children or Grandchildren. They are welcome to come to work with them. We actually encourage it, I am not only here to help them achieve their financial goals to help their families. I help watch the Kids of KRC if they need to go show homes, go to closings, or work on an offer. Our office right now consists of 6 women and 1 male agent. I am a women in business mentor, National Association of Realtors Mentor (“N spire”) , Indiana Association of Realtors Leadership academy Graduate. I also have the designations of, Accredited Buyers Representation (ABR), Short Sale- Foreclosure Representative (SFR), Commitment to Excellence (C2EX). I am a Licensed RE Instructor and RPR Instructor. I am the Education Committee head for the Richmond Association of Realtors, to help educate our local members in RE. We (Team KRC) participate in our local community by fundraising for nonprofits. I am known as Mrs Claus and do numerous photo ops, events, and parades to help bring people into the local business owners shops and Non profits.

Self Identified Competition
There really is only 2 competitors in our area. Better Homes and Gardens and Coldwell Banker. That is because of their size. People will call them as well as us, if given the chance to go on a Listing Appointment up against one of them 9 out of 10 times, we get the listing. We DO NOT participate in "Limited Agency / Dual Agency". This is where the agent would represent BOTH sides of the transaction. It is legal in Indiana, however we at KRC keep our Fudiciary duties to the one side of the transaction. People will call them as well as us, if given the chance to go on a Listing Appointment up against one of them 9 out of 10 times, we get the listing.
